I am delighted to be participate in the Nirmal Puraskar Award ceremony for the year 2006. I congratulate all the award winners who have worked hard and attained total sanitation in their panchayats. Year by year, the participation of Panchayati Raj Institutions (PRIs) representatives are increasingly getting this award shows that the movement has penetrated the minds of the Panchayat Presidents? and the people. I congratulate the Ministry of Rural Development and Ministry of Panchayat Raj for brining this transformation at the grass root level towards clean and green villages leading to developed villages. Developed Villages lead to Developed India.
