I am pained to notice that infrastructural shortcomings have hindered optimal utilization of available talent in scientific research. A host of meritorious students of science are compelled to look for employment immediately on completion of higher education. Consequently, promising Scientist gravitate towards administrative and other non-scientific positions. I would like your comments on this please?
