- Air craft is a man rated system. It takes time to design, develop, produce and make it flight worthy. We have to carry out lot of simulation to test the system. I had experienced similar problems when LCA was being developed. Today I am happy to say three aircrafts are in the air and undergoing stringent test. If we persevere we can definitely overcome the anti-competitive forces.
