- Facilities and Infrastructure are continuously improving in our educational institutions and R & D laboratories. Also, continuous efforts are being made to provide adequate freedom to the research scientist to pursue research. Recently, I found some of the students from foreign universities are coming to our IT companies for taking projects during their final year period. I am sure this situation will emerge in other branches of the engineering as well.
