- The farmer?s suicides in Andhra Pradesh are taking place due to poor cottonseeds and this is due to laxity in our seed law policy. The companies producing the spurious seeds are not being fined adequately. At least there should be a stringent law.

- This is a good suggestion. Our senior bureaucrats should take it up. Quality control of seeds is important as well as the right time of seeding. Government should check spurious items.
